This week we have started to lift the wires.
First the Chardonnay plots, then will follow the Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier plots.
First Loisy-en-Brie, followed by Soulières. Last of all les Crochettes, because it was pruned last.
What you may recognise as grapes, will be grapes, we hope. Only flowering and the weather conditions at this time will decide for the final result.
